Hi,
I would start with "Lessons in Mathematics A Dynamic Approach" by Diana M. Fisher see http://www.iseesystems.com/index.aspx I tutor Precalculus and College Algebra and I use here work to help illustrate the lessons with my students. I am a retired engineer that loves tutoring high school kids!
