Sounds like you’re running into the same problem I had for years. It’s called the blank paper syndrome. I don’t know where to start so the paper is blank, and because the paper is blank I don’t know where to start. After years I finally learned it doesn’t matter where you start; just start. Or if that’s too mind rattling suppose you just start with the first sentence: “production cutbacks” subtract from “commercial vehicle industry” and from there all you need to is ask a couple of questions at each juncture and this link may prove helpful.
