"Changing a school's culture is no easy thing, I am finding out "

I am curious if your school culture does basically what our school does, that is the low seniority teachers, no matter what their education level always get the lower performing math kids. In other words they do not rotate these lower performers with the teachers that have more time on the job. I am beginning to see the newer math teachers with the higher math skills then the senior teachers in math wanting to leave the teaching profession because they are consistently dumped on year after year with the poor performing kids. I have stopped subbing because I no longer can take just dealing with these poor performers who do not even try to learn because they are so far behind what is needed for the math course. I do tutor on a one on one basis, I can handle that and sort of keep the kid focused. What do you think?
Alex
