I agree they are key competencies for this time of the analysis, synthesis and evaluation, all these necessary for deep learning of system dynamics and in particular for most home address the complex problems of the world where the economic, social and ecological goes along.

While I believe that these powers that points are located in the functioning of higher brain hemispheres (the left things usually specializes in logical-mathematical and verbal expression and the right focus to the things of art and strategy) but should not forget the two cerebral hemispheres also known as limbic brain, where resides our radar centers and social and emotional feelings. That according to the studies shown by Goleman and published in several books and articles, are these social and emotional competencies that predict success in current and future behavior of the young man either in his professional and personal life.
A purpose of the evaluation of the indexes of engagement, we have the following repeated over and over again when no action was taken the system and has not used any medicine to cure the patient, these data are (15 Engagement , 50 Disengagement, 35 Active Disengagement)

The problem is serious because if nothing is done on time and we grow that 15% of teachers with the capacity to engagement with students, number of bored students will increase, what happens is that the other 50 + 35 are a force against the engagement, I found that even students with no problem of boredom, have been infected withthis similar to what happens to a pandemic virus.

50 + 35 does not change if not working with the leadership style of school principal, as you can see everything isinterconnected, so it is necessary to measure this and find out the causes of emotional involvement not both employee and customer (students The society they serve, community, family, etc. depending on who define themselves as their client).

We also found a similarity to these indicators when these methods are applied to companies, it is exactly the same.

In addition there is an element that usually what we overlook, is what is about the discovery of purpose, mission, vision or picture of the future and personal values of both the teacher and the student and the directors of schools, will talk about later.
