This is Joey Chan from HK. I have been working on the idea of Learning Organization for a couple of years, and Systems Thinking is one of our core tools.

And for the past 2 years, we have started schools projects, mainly helping the team of teachers to building their competence to “learn together.”

At the mean time, most of our projects are school-related.



I am a keen user of Systems Thinking, but not so much on Systems Dynamics…and you might found something on Linda Booth Sweeney’s book a great help, like the Playbook you mentioned, and another terrific work called When a Butterfly Sneezes.

And I want to tell you that, The Systems Thinking Playbook already had a Chinese translation…but it’s very hard to find, the publisher is in Beijing…

There’s also a book on Systems Dynamics introduction in Chinese…could you read traditional Chinese type?

It’s called 系統思考和決策試驗(江蘇科學技術出版社)
