I am looking for evaluations or tests that were used to evaluate children understanding of stock & flow relationships, using Stella or stock & flow diagrams.

As part of my 'Systems Blocks' project I plan to test and evaluate if a physical hands-on interface would make the understanding of the core dynamics easier.

One of the Road Maps documents by Leslie Martin seemed to me like a good S&F exercises and a simple way to measure understanding. Has anyone ever used it or in a classroom? Any leads/links to any documents/paper that evaluated basic modeling would be greatly appreciated.
