Richard,
I only have aspirations to K-12 teaching but, in New Mexico the Governor has offered to teach a policy course at the U of New Mexico in the Spring 2005 semester. I am quite beyond graduate school age, however, I am trying to enter the course as a way to expose systems thinking and SD to the state policy wonks. We also have a non-profit, Think New Mexico, http://www.thinknewmexico.org/, that I tried to get interested in SD for state tax policy. They may still have some interest since they have looked at education policy.
