I recently borrowed a book from an elementary school teacher where I live in London, Ontario. The school has adopted the TRIBES process which appears to have some elements of "systems thinking" involved. (at least Peter Senge's name is used a few times!) It is: "Tribes : A New Way of Learning and Being Together", by Jeanne Gibbs, CentreSource Systems, LLC, 7975 Cameron Drive, Suite 500, Windsor, California, 95492. Is anyone else using this process? Any comments?
