It's a short version of my 1989 E.F.Schumaners Lecture in which I suggested that Chaos, Complesity and Gaian theories were as applicable to the social sphere as much as they were to the biological and physical spheres. I used homeschooling as an example of emerging cells that could spontaneously self-organize into a very different way of learning.
