Dear Sirs/Madam,

I have been given contact of The Creative Learning Exchange by Dr.Andy Ford, Washington State University in the occasion of a recent conference in Lisbona (ESEE2005).

Im a PhD student form Leeds University (UK), supervised by Dr. Sigrid Stagl and Dr.Andrej Udovc, working with learning processes and social learning in relation to participatory methods and environmental protection.

In my work Iam looking at group dynamics as well as at the individual learning, and am interested about different approaches to measure/ assess the learning happening.

Thus far haven’t came across many evaluative frameworks for assessing learning, and after visiting your web-page would be interested to enquiry if you might have develop a method, or currently working on a similar topic.
Im aware that the context differs, as your target group are students in a class setting, while Im focusing on communities and adult learning (policy-making). However most of the references and theory which Im working with is from educational science, so
Iam familiar with some of the approaches.

I would be very much interested to establish contacts with researchers or practitioners working with similar issues. Possibly exchange ideas and articles.
Also, am interested in conferences/workshops which might be organized on learning.
