I'm very glad to your answer for my mail.

Thank you very much for your good wishes about my project. I think Learning Cycle is similar to Ladder of Engagement that you have described explicitly on your web site.

You wrote in your mail:

Actually my aim is both. I want to study what kind of pedagogical problems exist in the implementation of SD. Then I want to suggest and develop solutions for these problems using educational theories.

Implementation of SD has not been explored in detail yet, as much as I see. As you mentioned in your mail, the lack of theory based research in this subject is an obstacle to the spread of SD in schools.

Thank you very much for your interest. I will let you know as my study proceeds. Please write me of your ideas and suggestions that you think that they might help to this study.
