My business partner, Jeff Potash, recently had the pleasure and privilege of working with Dr. Ralph Brauer on a project in Minnesota where we were challenged to build: first a mental model of student achievement in the full context of a public school system, and then to translate that mental model to a running and useful “management flight simulator” with which to engage and challenge school administrators. At the bottom of that material are two links to articles published by Dr. Brauer that provide further information about the project.



The resultant model is Ralph’s, but feel free to pose to us any questions or request any necessary clarifications or expansions.
