Another treatment of The Ladder of Inference is in David Hutchens' funny and witty "learning fable," Shadows of the Neanderthal: Illuminating the Beliefs That Limit Our Organizations. I recently gave this and Hutchens' other learning fables to my local K-12 school board and superintendency, intending to hook the attention of K-12 system designers before bothering K-12 system operators.
