I have considerable first hand experience with the IB program because my daughter went through it quite successfully in a public high school. I also have an active and wonderful relationship with the director of her program who can help bring you the necessary understanding of how the program operates so that there are no unrealistic expectations about how SD might be integrated. In my daughter's high school all teachers working with IB studetns at the level of excellence this program requires were doing so voluntarily. It has many dynamics of personl and professional performance of duties as a teacher that are already done in a systems fashion. I am happy to support this effort. Please advise.
