Does anyone out there know of work / evidence which ties the development of systems thinking abilities to emotional learning/ moral development? For example, do systems thinkers have a greater capacity for compassion/ empathy? Do people who have well developed emotional lives have increase capacity for systems thinking? As a teacher currently in transition into work as a clinician, I'm am wondering about the link between cognitive abilities, emotional & moral development and systems thinking.
