I lucked out in that my university account allowed me access to S&G and I found that very article. On first read and cursory glance of the model you constructed, it seems to better address the academic process than the corresponding part of my model, particularly by addressing teacher expectations and the student's self-expectations both. It seems like one source of student frustration can be a gap between student's help sought and teacher help offered. What do you think, Nancy? Thanks!
