The Stafford work is so rich to use with systems. I've been using his work with teachers and school leaders across the US and Canada, and with my graduate students at Lehigh.

His poem "The Ritual to Read to Each Other" focuses on the need for getting to the deeper structures of our world through connecting with each other, understanding each other's mental models, exploring the systems together, and being "awake" in a rapidly changing world. There are annual readings of his work on the coast of Oregon in the Newport Beach area each year. He left us quite a gift.
