I hate shilling my own book but" Master Teachers making a difference on the edge of chaos" 2009 Rowman & Littlefield has already been written. It is being used at least a couple of universities. It uses systems, culture, and chaos theories to explain the complexities of the classroom and teaching. For the folks on this list it would be a quick read, but for others, they seem shocked at what is said. I promise, it ain't an academic tome.
