Dear Richard:

Not to think about you, but I think the skills to be developed now are analysis, synthesis and evaluation where the evaluation capacity may have something to do with the ability to estimate your comments.

This will undoubtedly have to do with improving the teaching curriculum of statistics to children at a young age, although in this case is a great opportunity to also improve what is done in the careers of many of our universities.

For many of the variables used in the modeling process, there is always the estimation of a parameter that depends on the analysis of their behavior to discover the statistical distribution curve which best fits the actual data measured or estimated, although in this case I have found two very useful programs that have helped me to get values of variables, these are (BestFit and Stat Fit), once that feed data to these programs, as a result get the parameters of statistical distribution that will feed the model.

I hope this light and ground the practical as these skills should be to teach or learn.

Good evening and many greetings from Monterrey, Mexico.
