Mm, yes, I like that idea. Although I suspect you'd need to use modelling software to make it happen. If the model is to generate interestingly different narratives, I think the dynamics would be too complex to be easily visualisable with paper and pen.

I think the real charm of SD is in the surprising dynamics which arise from moderate changes in parameters, and it's that which delights people who participate for the first time in such a discussion. And your idea would put that surprisingness in the foreground.
