Dear Jay:

For me, the teacher plays an important role to engage the student and change your state of boredom, for it plays an important role of the teacher's talents, especially if these are talents as a coach, we have discovered five key talent for this that I show below:

1 - Belief
2 - Arranger
3 - Self-Assurance
4 - Developer
5 - Relator

I have also seen many other talents that help such as Empathy, Individualization.

We have also thoroughly reviewed the work of Goleman and have found the profile of visionary leaders and coaches, we know which are the emotional and social competencies of this type of profile that plays a key role to connect and engage emotionally with these students bored. In a moment seek this information in our knowledge base and if you like it I can share.

If anyone is interested in these issues, I can open my educational platform with some courses that are prepared in these areas.
