Could you expand on your use of "superior systems thinker"? I find systems thinking so uncommon that most of the time I'm delighted to find myself conversing with someone who just knows what it is, let alone superior at it. Add to that, I find that even the most rudimentary understanding of ST makes insights more readily available, and even if someone's skill at ST might not have lead to a particular insight, ST allows them to appreciate its breadth and depth.
