Some have the ability to intuitively see things more holistically.
History is replete with leaders who could lead better because they envisaged the consequences of their actions. They have concern for all stakeholders. Also, I believe that people who listen well and who are more open are able to see invisible structures better and in a more superior manner. Thant is what I meant by superior system thinkers.
