Where can I find a model of a carbon cap and trade system? I’m thinking of one can be used to communicate about the federal policy changes proposed. Also Oregon is considering our own cap and trade system so I want to be able to understand that also.

Maybe a base model that can be used in a discussion by changing assumptions: constants, stocks and flows, and feedback loops to make peoples mental models visible.
