A challenging document to read for one like myself not immersed in the language of educational institutions. I would think that many teachers will be waiting for a detailed curriculum and teaching aids to actually make it all fit together. I notice that as early as grade 4 there is interrelationships (4.4D.3) and there is a consistent reference to "systems" from grade 6 on. It looks like there is an opportunity to "package" the whole curriculum around an "ST" base - with an extension to SD in the upper years - that could be a significant foundation to the science program. The level of natural talent and experience of the teachers will be a key success factor.
