Yes, thank you for the comments Bill.
I’ve talked to Tim Taber about the relationship between a class on System Dynamics for Educators and the Waters Foundation courses in Systems thinking and dynamic modeling. What we came up with was exactly what you described to show by example how teachers can extend to SD in the middle and high school years.
Teachers take the Waters Foundation course(s) (they have level one and two) and then Tim refers them to my course for further study and focus on modeling.

Well, that’s the plan. I have to finish my proposal, get it evaluated and approved, get the course setup in Blackboard….by fall 2009.
