Blacks enter the hospital more sick, because of the lack of health care and community health organization outreach.
The use of preventive medicine is not usually a factor in health care among the poor, even with welfare and supportive medical funding.
We are now in a transitional stage. Health care used to be segregated and still is in some ways.
Most are uninsured and use the emergency room, with little preventive care and long timer health monitoring.
In some states the health care is still segregated, as is ( native American health care which is free and better if one has access to a car, and the center where the health care is. that's a whole different ball of wax.
