Subject: Communicating with educators

In our discussions of how to go forward in K-12 to encourage the creation of systems citizens, we are constantly asking the question how the education community should be educated on the systems mission. Presumably we have to be publishing in just the right venues. The goal of publishing pieces from our work would be to make systems thinking something that educators know about and think is a good thing so that when they come in contact with workshops, seminars and other appropriate training opportunities they respond favorably.

The article in the School Administrator in November might be a good example, although there has been remarkably little feedback from that. What magazines or journals do educators read? How do we get articles in those? Who might be willing to author or coauthor an article? Who might be willing to help? Please reply to the list so that we move this initiative along as a discussion among us all.
