It is always nice to hear from fellow travelers from Nuevo Leon. The issue at hand is not so much the identification that what is being done is causing the problem, but that there is a possibility to align energies around a conversation attacking the uncertainty about how the multiple causes and effects are producing the undesired outcomes. That conversation can be captured in causal loops and simulation structure, enabling alignment around a coherent and consistent set of assumption. This is the proper foundation for aligned progress toward making the system behave better.
